"We had AmeriGutter replace all of our gutters and fascia boards in fall 2018. Overall we were very happy. Although it took many weeks after we signed the contract for the work to start, the crew was very professional and worked fairly quickly. I can't say enough about Carlos the job captain who was polite and really seemed to care about doing the job correctly. Brad the owner was responsive when the crew found carpenter ants and we needed to wait for bug treatment and then expand the job to replace all the fascia boards. They also came out again a few weeks later after we had some minor punch-list items. I waited until spring to post the review to see how the gutters performed -- so far, so good! We had four quotes and AmeriGutter was the only company that would do wood fascia boards AND paint them before the gutters were installed. I'm sure the PVC boards last longer but the cost for those seemed high. Costs were in line with rival firms. One strange thing is that the salesman (Andrew) quoted for painting the fascia boards, but I later had the impression that this was a rare option that the crew didn't often do -- they had a special painter guy with them who was new to the company. On the plus side he was also great!"

"Derek and Corely were very professional and were very helpful when called. There was a delay in scheduled installation of my gutter guards due to a shortage of material (not their fault - common issue at the moment) but when it came in they popped straight round to install the guards and clean the gutters. They are the sloped type so debris (and snow) can slide right off. It rained heavily since and I'm not having any more gutter overflow problems."

"It could not have gone better. They arrived when they said they would, finished when they said they would and cleaned up all the debris. While they were working on the roof they found several 4x8 sheets of plywood that were severely damaged and replaced them with no impact on the timeline. Similarly, he discovered that the last contractor who worked on the roof installed tin flashing around the chimney instead of lead, and replaced the tin with lead. This required removing much of the siding near the chimney and reinstalling it after the flashing had been finished. This is the second major project Roger and his Thermalfit team have completed for us, and we will never use any other company for major work on our house."
