"I liked that I was able to get a quote over the phone for labor of replacing my water heater. I called on the Friday before Christmas, worried no one would have time to fix it before Christmas Day. The technician explained how to choose my new water heater, we purchased it, and David and TJ came to install it just 2 days after my call! I was also thankful because they saved me $200 from the quote I got from another company! Very polite and quality work. I recommend Bertucci."

"They appear to have completed the plumbing satisfactorily. They did leave greasy prints all over my walls. Thank goodness for 409. I felt I was overcharged a bit. I asked prior to repair an estimate on what it would cost and was told "it's hard to tell." It would have been nice if he could have at least quoted me their hourly rate so I would have an idea. I had the faucet so the price was for labor.

"Patrick was friendly and very
professional. I needed an exhaust fan motor replaced, and he appeared
to know exactly what he was doing. He answered any questions I had, and
went out of his way to get the job done. We had a light drizzle during
his installation, and he volunteered to get on the roof to complete the
job, instead of having to reschedule on a non-rainy day. I really
appreciated his willingness to get the job done in one visit, rather
than having to reschedule days down the road. Kudos to Patrick. I will
certainly contact Stuart Services if I need future electrical work
done.
