"The workers came in and resolved an issue with the water pressure in the guest bedroom, however after they left I began hearing a "knocking" noise throughout my house when I turned the water on. Notified the company - and they informed me that someone would be back later that day to assess. They did return to troubleshoot - but were unable to discover what the problem was - and informed me that their boss would have to come out the next day. They called me first thing in the morning and sent the same two workers to come out. They believed it was a defective piece they had originally installed - they replaced the piece and all issues were resolved. Overall - it was a somewhat stressful experience, however they were very professional and polite and I will absolutely use them again in the future for any issues."
