It was the peak of Covid and I couldnâ t get a contractor to show up for scheduled appointments. While driving in the neighborhood, I found David Graf on a job and asked him to come by and review my situation. While he was busy managing several jobs and booked out more months, he took pity on me and graciously came by and assessed my situation. He immediately recognized issues could not wait. He sent me a quote that evening and had a crew on-site a day later. The scope of work included structural improvements and a staircase for the deck. "Goodfaith Masonry did an excellent job in creating the foundation for our new home. From the digging of the footers, placement of rebar, pouring of concrete (purchased from another company), to the pouring of the slab (they had some excellent experts in the polishing of the slab), and the building of the concrete block walls. Goodfaith was always faithful in working hard, diligently, with expertise, and when I made changes to the project with the architect, they were able to make the changes on par with the code on how to make the changes. Mr. Lee and his guys are awesome, and they will work with you to make your dreams come true (at least the masonry portion)! I'd highly recommend Goodfaith as they have a fair price, always honest with integrity, and their work is spot on!"

"Fantastic. We had painted one wall myself, just to see how hard it would be to cover the old color on my rough-textured walls. We had always done our own painting, but concluded that this job was worth hiring out. We obtained 3 estimates and selected Ed Staib for the cost, availability, and personality. We asked him to paint the walls only, because the ceilings did not need painting, and we could easily do the baseboard/trim ourselves. To speed the work along, we did all the prep work, removing all electrical outlet covers, caulking, and moving all furniture and decor out of the way. As guided by Mr. Staib, we visited the local Sherwin and Williams store and selected our colors (Staib Quality Painting uses only Sherwin and Williams paint). On the agreed-upon day, Mr. & Mrs. Staib arrived promptly, worked diligently and completed the work in one day. The coverage of the walls is excellent - no where can I see anything undesirable like roller marks, or the original color peeking through. They draped everything carefully and left no spatters behind. When they left that afternoon, I could not believe how quickly they had worked. I could not believe that I had entertained the idea of doing the painting myself. The next time I have a big painting job to do, you can bet I'll be calling Ed Staib."
