"Though the parts for our unit were unavailable and the refrigerator could not be repaired I am still very pleased with the service I received from Absolute. The technician arrived when he said he would and provided a quick assessment of the problem along with possible solutions. "My Samsung drier stopped heating, husband thought that the problem with the heating element, ordered it and replaced but it did not fix the problem. We hired Artemis Appliance to come out and diagnose the problem. They send Art, he disassembled the unit really fast and found a burned fire and some kind of sensor or fuse, he had parts with him and fixed the dryer on the spot. Next time I will call them right away."
