Could not be more pleased with the quality of work and responsiveness from Angelo. By the time it was finished, he felt like a neighbor Iâ ve known for years. He answered all my questions, and all work was completed exactly as described. The work included new brick and stone patio, foundation repair, porch repair, replacement of basement windows. Also gave many good suggestions for improvements I could do myself. I would definitely recommend them for any projects, big or small, around your home."

"Wilber's is excellent and went above and beyond what we contracted the company to do. Got three quotes from different vendors and Wilber's had the most competitive pricing. The job manager, Eric, was excellent at communicating about the work and steps needed to complete the job. Wilber's even helped to order the doors that they needed to install from a local vendor they recommended. You could not ask for more in terms of craftsmanship, communication, and consideration. For example, the workers even returned after the job to clean up an inconsiderate bird that treated my newly painted white house like a personal toilet. "They have become like family! During the last 20 years they have done many projects on our main home as well as our beach house. Kitchens, all of the bathrooms, the entire first floor and second floor of our main home, and the first floor of the shore home. All of the projects over the years were met with the same commitment and professionalism that anyone would expect. The entire team including the sub-contractors were pleasant, hard working, skilled, and extremely neat, there was never a mess to deal with. Inspectors not only passed his work consistently, but many remarked on the high quality of the work. In more than one instance he has worked for those inspectors. "We hired Ernest and Sons to construct our patio tiles. We purchased 2' X 2' Tiles and I have to say they did a gorgeous job. I was so pleased with the way they showed up when they said they would. The men that laid out on my job worked so hard. The labor was very strenuous but they never took a break. They were the most conscientious and polite workers I've ever dealt with. They worked neatly, cleaned up totally afterward, and just had a great deal of respect for our property. They really did a beautiful job and Ernest, the owner is a real gentleman also. Love this company!"

"I typically never write reviews but, since I found it so hard to choose a contractor to work with on the remodeling of a few rooms in our home I figured this may help the next person searching for a contractor. 
Lima contracting was fantastic.  We remodeled the first floor of our home in Cedar Grove, NJ.  The owner Rob himself kept us informed of timelines, what was next, how things were going, etc.  Rob & his team suggested we "opened" up the space a bit by knocking down a couple of the walls so...we knocked down the wall separating the kitchen from the dining room and the dining room from the living room.  We took down all the old cabinets put up new cabinets, granite tops and an island that we didn't have room for before.  Repainted all the rooms and put some gorgeous porcelain tiles down in the kitchen. 
Rob is fairly priced, he kept within a couple thousand of the original estimate and he showed us cabinets, tiles, paint, etc. that would keep with our budget.  He also had some suggestions my husband and I didn't even think of and it made such a huge difference on the outcome. 
They were quick, clean workers that did a quality job.  I will be using them in April for a remodeling of our bathroom & basement.  I would recommend this contractor to anyone and have already connected them with some family friends to do some work.
If your worried about finding someone with experience, uses quality workers, cleans up for themselves and won't rip you off...try them you won't regret it!!
