"I asked for an estimate on spring replacement. But decided to go with the whole system replacement and roller replacement. The original rollers and system were from the original home builder in 1997. Isaiah called before he arrived and gave an estimated time of arrival. He arrived on time and was very courteous and professional the whole time. He provided several options. I went ahead and decided to replace the whole system and he was ready to install the system the same day. Isaiah was very customer service oriented and answered all questions as well as provided explanation and description of all options avaliable in the new system. He walked me through how everything and I was very comfortable with the knowledge he left me with operating the garage door and all the bells and whistles that came with the new system. If there are any friends and family that ask me about a garage door repair/install, I will definitely be referring Garage Door Doctor. Their office and field staff communicate very well and are very professional. We really appreciate everything this company has provided and will refer you all to anyone who asks."

I asked how much they charge for two springs, additional tension wheel, plus labor - they said $300 dollars. Family Christian Doors charged me $500 for the same work. Be ware of Family Christian Doors inflated pricing.

He scheduled a free visit, assessment and quote for that same day..and less than an hour after I first contacted him He showed up on time and promptly started the evaluation and quote. We excepted his quote and he set up the job for the very next day!..but they were actually able to work our job into the very same day as the quote!!! "Its an lady's company. She came out and got the estimate, and the next day or so the man came out to install it. I was worry about the rod, because it was an older garage, and we couldn't find any remote controls. He gave us remote controls, and said it would line up. He was good with what he did. He updated what needed to be done. She did good on every question. She was there a little bit early. Maybe not too early. It wasn't she was waiting for thirty minutes, but she was there a couple of minutes. She was waiting for me to put my dog's up. She was very professional. She didn't act like a male at all. She acted like a feminine lady. She was the owner. We tried to use her again, and she face-time the walk through for free. She told him what button to push. It had been a while for them to come out. There was just one guy. I failed to put my dogs up. He did whatever it was in a short amount of time. He answered all the questions. Whatever it was for the price, he did great. Its still working. He walked me through the remote controls too. It was a Saturday, and it was a window of time for that particular time. He was there when he said he was going to be there."

Provider painted exterior of residence.  Scope of project was power washing, minor repair of boards, paint all exterior including shutters and doors.  Crew showed up promptly on first day of scheduled work.  Crew was professional and well supervised.  On day three, crew failed to show.  Call to office caught them by surprise.  No explanation of why.  Crew had not indicated they would not work.  Weather was not a factor.  Missed entire day of work.  None the less, project was completed on time.  Quality of work was good.  I would recommend Silver Oaks Residential Services and will use them again on an upcoming project.
