He is extremely professional, helpful and communicative. All elements of the remodel were planned in the contract and were 100% on budget. There were no unexpected cost additions at any point. Any speed-bumps were communicated at the moment they arose and were dealt with immediately and to both of our satisfaction. Aside from his impeccable management of the project, the level of artistry and precision of everything installed was incredible. I have never met a group of people so meticulous and precise. All tile placements were planned out together and confirmed. When I was unable to be there in person, Albert and his project manager sent over pictures confirming all of the details. They turned a NYC "unleveled" and outdated bathroom into a perfectly leveled, designed and functional bathroom. The project remained on-schedule and was completed in the time I anticipated. When the project was complete all debris and garbage were removed and it was like as if they were never there! I would 1000% work with Albert again and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!"

"We engaged the services of Paul Turzio to renovate the apartment we use as an office. After researching a number of companies, we found him to be the most creative, communicative, and downright inspiring contractor we could find. He had many design ideas all throughout the process. We wound up doing this project in the middle of CoVid. Every website had warnings that there would be delays, but Paul made decisions to purchase early so they would be waiting for us when we were ready for them. He encouraged us to do more with the waiting/living room, and we were so glad he did. It simproved the roomâ s effect. His custom â millwork,â are big improvements including a fold-up table that hides the radiator and added more space where we needed it. It was a pleasant working relationship. As therapists, we felt good about his conflict resolution, because it enabled us to keep on target and get the work done. There are some contractors with whom weâ ve worked in the past where weâ d never have lasted this long in a good working relationship. As it happened, we worked with Paul for a year, and stayed friendly throughout. Heâ s authentic, smart, creative, and listens to what customers want."

"Micheal Burton is a scammed he pick up the armor and dresser promising to be finished in four weeks every phone call to him inquiring about a delivery date was delayed. First date in July he need more time than in August we set a delivery date when I called to confirm. He stated to me that his sister in Boston was dying from cancer and he was on the highway headed to Boston. I said ok mike im sorry to hear about your sister please contact me when you get back. I contacted him in September he stated he just returned from burial services from his sister this was on a Tuesday so I asked him can my furniture be delivered that Saturday he than stated he need a week to clean the furniture up for delivery because it was sitting in the shop for a long time. I agreed and again he missed the delivery date. I contacted him by phone and he stated he was sick with the flu and needed some time. Two weeks later I contacted him we set a delivery date for Oct he was a no show no I call and refuses to answer the phone or respond to text messages. I hired him because he was referred by Angie list. I gave him 1 750 half of the cost in cash total cost 3500 he was payed by check aug ,12,2025 another 5,150. The check was clear on the 12 of Aug. That was for the rest of the work to be completed. In total Mr. Micheal Burton was payed 6,900 from me and my furniture wasn't returned nor was I refunded the money I have left a few messages demanding my money back."
