Daler arrived early and started work immediately, removing the old air conditioner and installing the new one with conscientious attention to detail and great care to do so without damaging the window frame. "I used EcoRite to blow closed-cell foam into the walls of a rear expansion to a Brooklyn Brownstone. This is the sort of tricky space that doesn't have a lot of room for insulation, with a lot of little nooks and crannies near the roof, window, and door to make it tricky. EcoRite made it look easy, very diligently hitting every spot, finishing in just about an hour, and cleaning up after themselves on the way out. My only suggestion for EcoRite would be to partner with a drywall contractor. EcoRite was clear early on that I was responsible for both the removal and replacement of all of the drywall in the space to allow them access to the open walls. I did end up hiring this work out too, but it was another set of contractors to manage, schedule, and pay. I would have gladly paid a premium for this to all have been handled for me."
