"I was looking for a contractor to renovate a 2BR rental property. After meeting with several contractors I had decided to go with HD Renovations. During the walkthrough BEFORE the work started, Dominick pointed out a few things and we came up with a plan for the project. Dominick and his crew showed up on time every day and worked non-stop until the project was completed. The work was excellent! When electrical and plumbing issues came up, Dom found a solution. He was a pleasure to work with. Always responsive to every question or idea. He had great suggestions along the way and really took pride in his work. The project lasted a month when others had taken 6-8weeks and stayed very close to budget even though I had made a few additions to the original proposal. "I called PEC floors, based on their positive reviews on multiple "review" websites. I needed them tio do an epoxy/flake floor topping on my Brooklyn basement floor which was just old raw concrete. Their communication, Jonathan especially, was excellent, throughout the job. Even when unexpected problems in timing occurred, there was excellent communication from Shay. The issue was resolved and work was completed as originally scheduled. Their price was what I considered fair and the work was done on time, on budget and in a professional manner.
