"When David arrived at our home for the estamate he was extremely through. We had a lot of questions regarding the age of the roof and time and cost of the repairs. He was very detailed and through with his knowledge of roofs. He was our 3rd qoute as we looked for the best price and wanted a professional job done. He let us know of his time in the roofing industry and that this was his first year As a new business. He went above and beyond. In everything we asked. We ended up paying for the inspection and will definitely use him. He was honest about our roof and let us know the time line for the work that needed tobe done. We are a few months out from getting our roof done at this time. But we will definitely call on David and his family owned business to complete the Job when ot is time. "The project is not quite done. I am awaiting a gutter replacement which should happen over the next couple of days. The roof itself is done and looks beautiful. I was contacted by Journey Builders a day or two after I submitted a request on Angi.com. Yero came out and inspected my 25 year old roof, telling me it would be probably be October before they could schedule it (inspection was June 7th, 20224). When he called in to see when they could schedule it, they had a cancellation and knocked $5000 off the price if I was willing to start the next day. Exactly 7 days later almost to the hour the roof has been installed! Way sooner than I expected. Yero was totally pleasant and very low pressure as opposed to the estimator from another company who had visited my home the prior day and spent 3 hours trying to sell me a really expensive roof with car salesman tactics. I recommend Journey Builders highly."
