But, as things turned out there was significant damage that meant replacing some structural elements and replacing the adjacent walk-in shower. The rep had all the tools and knowledge required to do the above listed work. He was well informed and knowledgeable about industry trends (tank-less water heaters). In less than 90 minutes he had the water heater drained and refilled and the cut-off valve installed. I would recommend and use Benjamin Franklin again for any plumbing issues.
