"The crew was great. Maurice, the owner called to let me know that materials and a dumpster would show up on Friday, and that they would be out on Saturday to complete the work. They ripped off the old asphalt roofing and the rotted plywood and gutters and had new wood and metal up in one day. And when they did the clean up they left the area looking nicer than it did before they showed up. I will absolutely be using this company for the new front deck."

"Overall we I thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Classic Exteriors. Rick was fantastic and friendly. He came to our home and told us a vision he had, while asking us for opinions and what we would like as well. The work took a bit longer than expected, but that’s normal when it comes to construction and remodeling. Rick was very easy to contact and always had a solution. The only thing that I wish would have been better would have been the communication with the construction workers. There was a huge crack in our foundation that was found after taking the walls down and the workers continued with putting up studs for new walls. I had to ask about it and then call Rick to discuss the crack for it to be taken care of. We had to put steel beams in and our foundation could collapsed and we would have had no idea because they did not mention to me that it was a problem. As soon as I called Rick though, he immediately took care of the situation and got us our steel beams, then finished the basement. It looks amazing and we love spending time down there! "Outstanding from start to finish. Stripped off the old roof, they kept everything picked up as it came off the roof. Put down plywood,drip edge, underlayment, pipe boots, flashing, shingles,and a ridge vent. He had a great team everything was done in timely manner. Nothing left at all to be picked up. Very happy with the work and will be calling them again when I need any work done."

UPDATE-6/6/15: 

Earlier this spring, the roof began to peel and blow off. It wasn't properly secured at the edges. I called Bazell to come fix it, and they came and fiddled with it, but didn't really do much of anything helpful. Consequently, the roof has started leaking in places. He indicated to us initially that the roof should last us a good 20 years or so, but we've called and called, and he hasn't returned to really fix it. I don't think it would realistically take much more than $30 or so to repair it adequately with screws and washers."
