He really didn't want to call a plumber for help, but I think our good experience the week prior helped me talk him into it. They were able to help fix a difficult switch out that had odd installation requirements. And again, it was cheap enough that I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again and again. Hiring a plumber is cheaper than me doing it wrong and having wood rot somewhere I can't see because I did something wrong."

"4-Ever Watertite waterproofed our home in 2012, exterior and interior.The outside east, west and north walls weredug up manuallydown to the footing. (These sides represent the main part of our house built in 1938; the south side is part ofan extension to the house built in 1965). The porch was removed (later replaced by Madison Maintenance LLC).  New draintiles were installede with 4in. draintile with sock.  Bleeder onwalls were flushed out so water would flow.Delta board installed from footing to grade. 6 mil Visqueen, trowel grade tar used.  Edges treated with eucalistic sealant and moldings, mortar joints repaired inside and out.  Fabric installed over stone, dirt and topsoil, basement window recaulked.
     Mr. Bob Gray and his crew were professional and efficient and we have been please with the result of their work.  They have also straightened basement walls for us-separate review.

"Jeff responded in a timely manor initially. Then he rescheduled. When he was at my home he made a lot of comments that confused me and seemed unnecessary, then he revoked them. He had a hard time keeping track of what I was asking for him to do, resulting in us going in and out of the house and back and forth. I had a bad feeling about the arrangement. He said he'd get in touch with me with a quote the next day and I never heard from him. Talking to him he seemed preoccupied and busy, so he probably forgot. With anyone else I would reach out to follow up for the quote, but I was not at all impressed with his professionalism."
