"I am a bit late with this review but it's because things have been so hectic. Anyway, my sump pump failed so my basement flooded. The guy they sent out was an outstanding plumber. He not only installed a new sump pump but he used a piece of 2X4 to fasten it to the cinder block wall and it is so much quieter! Outstanding work, done quickly but with care, as if he was fixing his own sump! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!"

"Monday morning (8/28/17) we woke-up to no water. After checking the obvious, circuit breaker, etc., I looked on Angie's list for highly rated well drilling and service companies I called Scott at 5:45am, expecting to leave a message, but he answered the phone and said he could be here by noon. He called back later to say he would come even earlier. He, Jim and Bill replaced my submersible well pump, all new piping and wiring, and air tank with all new fittings, pressure valve, etc. They were respectful, responsive, answering all my questions, and Scott told me up-front, after determining the problem, how much it would cost. The ONLY thing I would say as constructive criticism would be for them to make sure they ensure the area of work is clean and in the shape it was prior to the work being done, but it wasn't bad, and maybe just an oversight. I would definitely use Ries again (but hope there's no reason to)."

"Chris was very helpful and took a lot of time to troubleshoot different problem areas with the wiring in our home that was affecting the operation of our well pump. They were quick to show up after I called them, and everything is once again in working order in the house. "Our furnace went out sometime during the night of January 11, 2019. I called LOPH&C at 7:30 am the 12Th. My call was taken and the rep explained my options and scheduled a service technician for later in the day Saterday so we wouldn’t have to pay extra for emergency service. The repair technician arrived around noon and was able to repair our furnace, installing a new igniter and blowing out a a drain line. I was impressed with the time line, cost and professionalism."

"This was an amazing experience start to finish. Joe came out to give us a quote. He suggested that we try a couple of different things before getting the waterproofing done just to be sure we needed it before we spent the money. We did end up needing the waterproofing, and we are so glad we used Water B Gone. Everyone at the company worked so hard to be sure the job was done correctly - permits, inspectors, workmanship, etc. They left the worksite in amazing condition - they even replaced the grass and mulch they had taken out to put in the sump pump discharge pipe.
