"Rich Buccelli communicated by phone in a timely fashion and arrived on schedule and on point. Rich and his son worked together to identify the water leak location, cut ceiling and professionally repaired the leak in different places including ceiling, under sink and water faucets in basement serving outside garden and driveway areas. During the contract time, Rich demonstrated compassion while speaking with me (client) regarding my home and helped make me feel calm during the process. Rich also shared his professional experience on how to winterize my home for the season and professional knowledge on my home heating system.
