"I had a fantastic experience with Rooster Drywall! They were exceptionally fast and delivered top-notch quality work. They handled the mudding and sanding in my living room, as well as some small drywall hanging. The results were great! I highly recommend their services for anyone in need of drywall work."

"Not only did Steve offer to come out (free of charge) a few days before the appliance delivery to check our hook ups and make sure no additional parts were needed, but he was extremely flexible when the appliance delivery and necessary electrical work wasn't completed by the time he was scheduled to come. He was courteous, punctual, and did a quality job. I trusted him being alone in the house and appreciated that he left things clean and neat when he left. <br /> We've been having a lot of work done in our house and have dealt with several rude, non-punctual and messy contractors -- it was a pleasure and a blessing to work with Integrity Plumbing. From start to finish they made our experience an easy, hassle-free one. Best of all, he emailed me a copy of my invoice -- saving me the hassle of trying to find a place to file the receipt!"

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

"Good...the last time I had someone out is was an electrician and he replaced a ballister and tried to fix the bathroom light fixture but it was non repairable so I was given an allowance to replace it and now I have a cute light fixture all spanking new."

FAQs for faucets, fixtures and pipes repair or replace projects in New Buffalo, MI

A minor, easily accessible leak can be resolved in about three hours, while a large or hard-to-reach leak may take up to three days. If flooring or cabinets need to be built back, the timeline can run several weeks to cover material deliveries and installation. Every job begins with detection, proceeds to repair, and concludes with restoring your foundation’s strength.

Slab leaks are most common in areas where the ground is in motion, such as those prone to earthquakes or highly expansive soils. In places like California, constant shifting puts stress on foundations and pipes. Stay ahead of trouble by monitoring your water bill, inspecting visible slab edges, and scheduling routine inspections to catch leaks early and maintain your home's safety.

Keep an eye out for damp spots, rising water bills, the sound of running water when taps are off, or staining and sagging along the foundation. Check exposed slab edges during routine walk-arounds and note any uptick in indoor humidity or pest traffic. The moment something looks off, call a pro—fast action protects your slab and wallet.

Most policies cover slab-leak repairs tied to a covered event, such as earthquakes, severe storms, or a fallen tree. They often won’t cover gradual issues, such as root intrusion or corrosion-related pinhole leaks. Every policy is different, so be sure to contact your carrier for the fine print before any problems arise.
