When my large project required multiple changes at the 9th hour, they walked through everything with me and took time to understand the scope of work. 6) They made relevant recommendations and suggestions. "Rob and Alex were there when they promised they would be. They had a tough job with our house. It is a challenge to most all contractors. They worked diligently and got the job done, even though it took way longer than necessary. They were friendly, and kept me informed all of the way. They were even very flexible when my husband and they had a miscommunication about where to put the new outlet. They cleaned up after themselves. "i called and reported problem and joe said it would be about two weeks.   almost to the day joe called and left message that he would like to work on it that day.   we met. i described the symptoms.   he did a quick trouble shoot and said we needed to fill the tub and perform more extensive troubleshooting - he did not think it was the pump.  he did a few tests.   opened the connection immediately before the suck pump and pulled out a rag that had lodged at that critical point..   he re-assembled the tub and everything worked well.

"Our brick ranch house was in need of TLC on the old fiber board siding, which my wife and I have painted four times ourselves. We wanted to make the exterior maintenance free with a good quality vinyl siding. We contacted five separate companies, four of which were listed in Angie’s list, to get estimates. We chose The Home Improvement Co. They were neither the highest nor the lowest estimate. We based our decision on the reviews in Angie’s list, pictures of the work that had been accomplished on other jobs, and Matt’s straight forward honest presentation. Matt convinced us that one of the most important details of this work is an experienced crew that knows how to work with the material. We had chosen the insulated backed vinyl siding. The crew (Kevin and Rueben) and Matt arrived Friday and started the demolition on the west side of the house. We were having all the old siding removed and replaced with new board, moisture barrier, and the vinyl siding. They completed that side including cleanup in one day. The whole job was completed by the following Friday. The crew was great. They were friendly and professional, and they worked well together as a team. They answered any question we had and honored any request we made. They also wrapped all the windows and doors with aluminum coil. They transformed the exterior of our home. We are completely satisfied. We comment to each other every time we pull into the driveway how good our home looks now. We still plan on replacement windows and a new back door.
