"i called and reported problem and joe said it would be about two weeks.   almost to the day joe called and left message that he would like to work on it that day.   we met. i described the symptoms.   he did a quick trouble shoot and said we needed to fill the tub and perform more extensive troubleshooting - he did not think it was the pump.  he did a few tests.   opened the connection immediately before the suck pump and pulled out a rag that had lodged at that critical point..   he re-assembled the tub and everything worked well.
