There was lots of plumbing cement smeared around the new pipe. The workers we met were both very polite and friendly, both seemed to know what they were talking about, and the job quality was of the very highest level.

"We neglected to remove an exterior hose from a water pipe last fall. Unknown to us, it caused a pipe to burst on the inside of the wall of our basement. The first time we used the outside spigot, the leak sprayed water all over one corner of the basement. We called Mel and he told us what to do to stop the leak and be able to use the water in our house overnight. He came out the next morning and replaced the affected pipe and outdoor faucet.

He worked patiently to get all of our tile, accent pieces, pebble shower floor, fixtures, and shelves installed perfectly. He had to align spots in the wallbord to get the tile to lay correctly. He took his time to do it right and did a beautiful job. He also fixed a variety of other plumbing, etc issues we had. I highly recommend John and will use his company again."
