"Reliable and trustworthy. Work was done promptly and Josh works with you to meet your needs. I will definitely be hiring him again!!"

"We hired Pickford Contracting Services to remodel our basement, and we definitely made the right choice. Matthew and Donna are a class act. From the initial walkthrough of our unfinished basement to the day of completion, they went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with everything. From the get-go, we were impressed with Donnas organization, the response time (very fast!), and willingness to negotiate on prices. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with my barrage of questions. We always felt comfortable knowing she was working behind the scenes in making sure this project would be perfect. Matthew and his crew were just amazing. The work was completed quickly and to our exact specifications at a reasonable price. We could tell he takes pride in his work from his attention to detail -- making sure every little thing was done perfectly, down to the last door hinge and speck of paint. In the end, they transformed our musty unfinished basement into a sleek and welcoming office and entertainment space for us to enjoy. Looking at the before pictures, I honestly do not recognize our old basement! I would highly recommend them to anyone. SECOND PROJECT**** We were so happy with the recent basement to remodel Pickford Contracting Services did that we did not even consider anyone else when we decided to have our deck repaired and re-finished. Our deck had been rotting in places, missing stairs, and was badly in need of repair, and Matthew and crew did a fantastic job with everything. They finished the whole project very quickly, and our deck looks stunning. Donna gave us a great price and worked with us to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. Having completed both a major and a minor project in our home, both of which we were thrilled with the results, we would highly recommend PCS to anyone."

"Sam is the man and we love the way our basement remodel turned out. Sam's work ethic and attention to detail are second to none. When ever an issue came up Sam promptly took care of it. He always took the time to explain any changes that needed to be made and did not proceed until we gave him the ok. He is very professional and cleaned up everyday before he left. He showed up on time and often went above and beyond to please us on our renovation. I feel like Sam worked on our house as if it was his own house. I want to thank him for giving us a beautiful living space that our son Joshua can enjoy now that he is moving back home. We highly recommend Sam and would not hesitate to hire him again if needed."

"Did a great job. Made the exterior of my old kitchen look like new. Very nice and easy to work with too! I rarely leave reviews but he and his worker deserve praise!"

"Edgar G. of E-G Works LLC did a *great* job on our basement including removing water-damaged paneling & replacing by drywall, fixing some wood trim, and painting everything. He was very responsive and if we wanted something done differently he would do it. The price was much less than another contractor's quote. He was able to start right away and got it done quickly and we are very happy with the results. We are hiring him for another project, replacing our front door and repairing its frame. We highly recommend E-G Works of Katonah, NY."

"We used Big Mike to do several painting projects to get our house ready for sale. Project included spray prepping smand spray painting my office, painting our garage, bedrooms, our utility room, 2 bedrooms, dormers (including replacing rotting wood), front entryway, cabana doors and our fence. We also used them to repair a window and to remove algae from several areas on our roof. Mike and his team are hard working, reliable and his pricing is very reasonable. I’d highly recommend him and his crew."

"They have, through the years, provided prompt top-notch service in a prompt and reliable timetable. They are very knowledgeable and familiar with water-proofing and dehumidifying basements. Their familiarity with french-drain systems and treatment of problems is most advantageous. Their pricing coupled with their knowledge makes Vulcan a favorable choice."

"Wonderful experience with Rob and his crew. We have gone through construction before, and nothing compares to RWS. Excellent work, attention to the little details was so impressive. The crew becomes your friends, you can trust them 1000%. We are over the moon with the results. Better than I could ever have imagined and I had a specific vision."

"My experience with Vision Home Innovation could not be more positive. Their work ethic and quality of the work done was outstanding. Their knowledge of carpentry, electrical, masonry and plumbing was impressive. Their communication skills were also very good which allowed us to exchange ideas to arrive at the very best result. If they determine that a particular item be needed, for example a certain size PVC pipe fitting, they immediately drove over to Home Depot got the part and returned with little or no down time. The attached photo shows them on my roof installing a skylight. They were up there for at least 4 hours, continually working. I recommend them for your next home improvement project."
