"WOW!!! I am astonished. My realtor told me the blue tub had to go. I got in touch with The Tub Co. told them my situation, they were out here in less than 24 hours making it happen. "Email communication was hit-or-miss.  Sometimes I would get an immediate response, other times weeks went by and I didn't get a response until I prompted them for an update.  The installer was polite and professional but several of the trim pieces were damaged on installation and the fit and finish is not great.  It took over a month to get the damaged parts replaced and one of the replacement parts is also damaged in the same location as the first piece.  It's not noticeable enough that it's worth taking another day off work to have it replaced again, though.  The caulk lines are not very even, the drain is not centered in the floor of the shower, and the trim piece around the shower handle is off-center as well.  I will admit that I can be fussy about these sorts of things and these may not be issues for other people but it's bothersome enough to me that I wouldn't use Re-Bath again.

"Excellent experience. Drake arrived as scheduled and went to work immediately. He sealed off the bathroom which kept dust from escaping. The process took about hours. The tub looks wonderful, much better than I expected. I would definitely hire them again and I do recommend them. They are professional, courteous and they clean up after the job is complete."

Simply amazing!  From the estimate to the completion of the job, this company was top notch.  I needed a more cost effective solution than replacing a tub and all the tiles.  This was it and I could not be happier.  The end result was better than I imagined.

Pete, my technician was prompt, very courteous and meticulous about his work.  He kept me updated all along they way and provided clear directions for after care. 

Now that my tub and tiles are done, my floor is looking a little sad and neglected.  I'll be calling Pete and Miracle Method soon to fix that problem :-)
