"5 Star did a great job on our on suite shower replacement in one day! Didn’t think it was possible! Took everything down to studs and replacement went in smoothly. True craftsmanship and they did an excellent job on post installation cleanup! We had one issue with a leaking shower control valve post installation and they replaced the valve no questions asked. Project was expensive but I would certainly recommend them for the same type of work!"

"Both projects were completed on time with exceptional workmanship. I was referred to Aleksey after seeing my friend’s bathroom remodel. His team did an excellent job with my bathroom, provided me with options and suggestions to make my vision come through. Based on my experience with my bathroom, I hired them to install flooring in my split level entryway and main floor. It also turned out wonderful. Aleksey and his team are so professional! Each day I returned home, my house was clean from the work that occurred during the day. I will use North Point for every project I do going forward."

"Estimator was courteous, and price quoted was reasonable. I have not yet had the installation done, so I cannot comment on the quality. And that is my only complaint. There is a 3-part process working with this group for shower or bath liners/replacements. 1) an estimator comes out, 2) a person comes out to do measurements and take pictures. 3) An installer is scheduled when the parts come in. Total process takes 6-8 weeks. This process is too slow and takes too much of my time. Otherwise I'd rate a 5."
