He coordinated his time directly with our tenants, who can be difficult at times, but he managed to keep them happy throughout the job. We can't tell you how happy that made us! Very personable, punctual, thorough and clean! Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Very knowledgeable and professional."
