"Tarheel encapsulated our crawlspace. They cleaned out the bulk of the debris and sprayed fungicide. They also managed to knock over a post jack. The second day they put a sump pump and replaced the old insulation They installed reinforced plastic sheeting, including over the base of the fallen post jack. The insulation began falling within a few hours of the crew leaving. They did send a second crew to fix this. Our older furnace depends on the under-house vents to breathe. These were all sealed up. The furnace pulled combustion air out of the house until I cut the vents open. In digging the sump well (at one of the highest points of the crawlspace) they cracked the sewer line, which let gravel fall in. Whenever the drains back up enough, the sump pump sends raw sewage out to the front yard. I am currently waiting for an estimate from the plumber to replace the broken sewer pipe and move the sump pump. I have called to discuss this and hope to eventually get a return call."

"Donâ t believe everything they tell you about their system. We hired this company because during heavy rains (4inches or more), our basement tended to flood. We discussed this with the sales rep who came out, Albert Morrow, and told him we didnâ t have problems unless it was heavy rain. He recommended his company and told us the system was designed for this. After we had the system installed, we had no problems but also no heavy rains for 2-3 months. However, in December we had 5 inches of rain during one storm, and OUR BASEMENT FLOODED once again. A technician came out and basically told us the system worked the way it was supposed to but during flooding conditions the system was overwhelmed . So basically we paid $7500 for them to come out and install a system that does not work when it should. We would have been better off just to keep our money in our pocket and just wet-vac the water out when we have heavy rain. NO,WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR THEIR SYSTEM. We are basically screwed out of $7500."

No leaks, but it was time to replace. Tim and his office associate, Susan could not have done a better job of answering our questions, being attentive to any emails and scheduling the job. Tim came to our home and did a thorough inspection. He had multiple samples to show the different types of shingles, costs, life expectancy, etc. (Also provided locations of homes his company had worked on in the area where we could ride by and see the end product.) Steve, his foreman ensured the work was done on time and properly. The whole team made the experience seamless. Our old gutters were really too small for the size of the roof and home. All new gutters with leaf guards were also installed. Our home is surrounded by large oak trees and this was the first year with the new gutters. How nice not to have leaves piled up in the old gutters. We were so pleased with our roof that we asked Tim and his team to install gutters at our church. Again, they did an excellent job (professional, on time, reasonable cost)."
