"This is the second time that I have worked with Edward. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and efficient. My dishwasher wouldn't use all of the soap, so there was constant residue in the machine, on the dishes, and food remained on the items. He provided me details as to why there was an issue and how he would resolve it. When he saw that the fix was easier than initially planned, he fairly negotiated his fee based on the required fix. He also cleans up after he is done and leaves the area as it was. I will gladly reach out to him again in the future, and recommend him to friends as well!"
