"Don called and showed up at the appointed time as agreed. He explained the types of stairlifts for our stairs. He showed up at the appointed time and completed the job in a reasonable time. Th he lifts are working very well and mom use them every day since. Don was pleasant, knowledgeable, had ideas, literature and sample phone video to show how the automatic ends work, etc. He made a very good impression and did a good job with installation. He also gave us info to contact him if problem or questions. He pointed out the warranty to complete and mail in a timely manner. We had someone from another company come in before and was not impressed with their rep."

"Installation and installator were very professional. However 2 weeks later the lift developed a bump in the folding rail and the chair pitches for ward. Had to call twice for customer service. Person came spent 5 minutes, did not even ride the chair and said I’m sorry that’s just the way it is and left. Next time I won’t be in such a hurry and do my homework. Customer service can make or break a company. I’m not sure I would recommend this company, I STILL NEED MY CHAIR FIXED. Debra Tattan"
