"The Mr Electric Technician could have taken advantage of me, by not showing me that I had missed the final step of fixing the problem myself. He could have charged me around $400 to install a new lighting system & wall-switch. Instead he just showed me how to finish up, said goodbye, and refused payment for coming out. With the Pandemic, I was not sure when his team would be able to do the job, but I was in for a pleasant surprise. I called Wednesday and he scheduled for the following day. His team was on time and definitely went the extra mile. At these trying times, when everyone's patience is short, his team could not have been more professional and kind. He came up with a great non invasive plan that laid the lines without disrupting current service at a cost that saved thousands. We then expanded the job to include fans and track lighting.
