"I recently had Jakob’s team perform some work for me and while finishing that work they noticed some issues with my roof and did a full review and recommended it be replaced. They came back 2 days later and replaced the roof and did a great job and cleaned up the area making sure there were no garbage or nails. They finished the job quickly and worked through wet weather. I appreciated that they took the time to check things that were not directly related to what they were working on and they made sure to provide me videos of the before and after. "Gene and Paul was amazing throughout the process. We met through home Advisor and they gave me a quote then worked with me to ensure i was happy throughout the process. I have liked them so much that after the major reno i have been using them for handman work too. It is great to have a trusted licensed professional who can assist from the big jobs for a massive extension to swapping out a outlet, caulking a shower, widows etc. I own a few properties feel that Paul and Gene have done a great job between setting expectations and following through. Paul provides a detailed invoice for additional work and when i need him I texted or call. I had a leak at another building and he was kind enough to come ensure all was well. Old pipes seems to get pin hole leaks. 70 year building will have issues over time."

"After he left the project. The mini split air conditioner that he selected and installed did not work. Upon further research, it was actually low-rated for energy efficiency. I picked a better minister, and he complained about fixing it and threatened to have me repair it, and it took four months to get it replaced. I had to use a space heater for the four months that I waited for the repair. Even though that new mini split was already delivered. We had many arguments, and he used foul language. It was unpleasant working with him and unprofessional to work with. "
