"Ali's, (the owner) men showed up when they said they would. This was my daughter's condo. I got there a half hour before the men came. I found that my daughter didn't take the cover off the compressor. I called Ali to tell him what I found. He said his men were 5 minutes away and let them look at it. If that is all it is he would wave the service charge. After checking out the unit thoroughly they determined that the cover was the problem. The air was blowing cold. As Ali promised there was no service charge. It is refreshing to do business with a man of integrity. Not only will I call him for my daughter's unit but he gained a customer in me. His reviews are outstanding and now I know why."

When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. "Moises and Edward and the crew did a repair of my facia. They told me to get PVC so it would last longer. They also repaired cracked walls and ceiling and painted. They did perfect work. Did so good I kept finding more work for them because it looked so good. They are so polite and respectful and right on time. Also they are very fair with their prices and don't push for or more work. I now consider them friends. Don't waste you're time because you won't beat their prices. They can do anything too. Bathroom, kitchen, floors. I will hire them again they are the best."

"I was very impressed with the service I received. When scheduling the appointment everyone I dealt with was responsive and polite. I had called because our A/C wasn't working and they were able to schedule a technician to come service the unit the next day. The technician (Devin) was very nice and he explained the work he was doing. I had not had the A/C unit serviced for a while (shame on me) so there were several problems. He was able to address them and he also encourage me to get a service contract so we can have the system serviced annual. Overall I was very happy with the work that was done. Thanks!"
