He didn't pressure us at all, and when we requested a quote for a replacement unit, he was prompt and fair and found us the best price. His team showed up promptly on the day we scheduled and finished ahead of schedule, replacing the heater with a minimum of downtime -- good thing, as it was one of the coldest days of the year and about to get colder!
