"We lost our air conditioning the Friday before Mother's Day this year and I was scrambling in the heat to find somebody to cine and look at it. When nobody else would answer or would come out on Saturday, these guys did. Doug was great and he sent over Will and Rob for Saturday afternoon. Will and Rob are two of the best craftsmen that I have ever dealt with. They spent four hours Saturday going over my system and my setup and we talked budget, recommendations, the fixes, and schedule. By the end of Saturday, I knew that I was in good, competent hands. We agreed that the AC needed to be replaced, which was an 8 year old Trane (garbage). The furnace would be failing in the near future so we would replace that as well. They were going to completely rework my return ducting, which was shoddily installed by the original guy. They would replace my existing hot water tank with a tankless unit. They would install an automation system and replace a broken frost free hose bib. A lot of work. They were prompt and started work on Monday, worked all day Tuesday and Wednesday and came back on Thursday. They took their time, took care of my home and their work area, and most importantly, they took pride in their work. What they took out of my home was garbage and it was poorly and hastily installed. What they put in its place is great quality equipment and it was meticulously installed by two guys who take great pride in their work. While I am frustrated and unhappy that this situation occurred, I am glad that I hag the chance to work with these guys and this company. I will most certainly use these guys many more times."

His employees were on time, explained the procedure, performed a terrific job, cleaned up afterwards. I was also given instructions regarding the care of the tub/tile and any/all questions were addressed. Thanks for a great job! I decided to go with Orbit because Madison answered all my questions and concerns. I Their solution addressed all my needs. We scheduled and the systems were installed by Dylan, who was professional and efficient. He answered my questions and told me what I needed to know to feel comfortable with my new system. He also cleaned up beautifully, leaving my garage in perfect order. In the time since installation there is a noticeable difference in the water. I also feel like my skin is benefitting from the softer water. and the acidic levels in my well water are controlled."

"Our expansion tank blew off the hot water tank on a Friday night. We had to turn off the water to the house to prevent flooding. We contacted Bucci Plumbing's emergency service. They coudn't send anyone until Saturday morning. Our plumber arrived early, calling ahead to make sure we were available, and swiftly viewed the problem. He left to get parts and returned quickly, In about an hour he had removed the old tank, fixed the bad job done by a previous installer, and has a new tank properly installed. We have used Bucci for many years now, and None of their repairs has ever broken, caused problems for other contractors, or given us any cause to worry."

"I dealt exclusively with Chris, who was extremely accommodating - we played phone tag for several days thanks to my own crazy schedule - and very professional.  He came TWICE to give me an accurate estimate (had trouble locating problem until I was able to supply the physical inspection report with photo), and was still back quickly to make the actual repairs.  LOVE this company!  Would use them yet again, or recommend them to the new owners of our home."

They are both perfectionists when it comes to the way things should be done. "Quick service, answered all questions.  They arrived on time and did a great job.  We had just moved into the house and the tub/shower in the guest bath looked "tired" and had some dings in it.  They repaired and refinished it.  The price was exactly as quoted.  The time of arrival and the time to completion were exactly as stated.  Left no mess - very neat.  There was a slight "chemical" smell after they left but it quickly dissapated.  And, most importantly, the tub/shower/surround look brand new!  Would recommend to others.
