"Unfortunately the bathroom remodel was a huge disappointment. It looks nice but the bathtub doesn’t drain properly. It just floods the kitchen below. We have asked time and time again but they will not come back to correct it. Very shocked, we had planned to trust them on another project before all this. I’ve even sent the videos of the water pouring down my kitchen ceiling. We already paid them before we realized this huge problem. Now they just ignore all requests for correcting the plumbing issues. Now I have to pay another contractor to repair all the damages."
