"We remodeled most of our house this past year since we were working from home and it was long overdue. We had a few decent contractors(and a few not so decent) but the best by far was Hardscapes LLC. Our backyard has a steep hill and the rain has eroded the hill over the years to the point of seeing a lot of tree roots. We also only had about 8 feet of usable yard past the patio that was pea gravel. Hardscapes came in and put a retaining wall that gave us 30 feet of usable yard and a concrete patio. The 5-6 man crew really took their time to make sure everything was done right. They made a mess out of the driveway and street as expected with multiple truckloads of dirt and gravel…but not only did they hose the driveway down, but all 5 guys took 2-3 hours to scrape the compacted dirt from the driveway and the street, and then hose down again. I was planning on buying a power washer when I was done, but it was not needed. And we made no request of the clean up. Adam just said that he hates to leave a mess. Adam was great to work with. Answered calls the same day from start to finish and never took more than an hour or so to answer a text….unheard of these days. It did take them a few months to get started because they were so busy but Adam was very up front about timelines and weather delays. We felt like we got a fair price for the work that was done compared to quotes that we have gotten in the past, but it was a fantastic price when you take into account the service. Adam conducts business the way EVERY contractor should. I just wish he did bathroom remodeling!"

"Took the time to do the job right. Friendly and professional work. I recommend!"

"I cannot say enough good things about Benito. I initially hired him to build a retaining wall to help solve the problem of standing water in my yard. After I got the estimate Benito came out again and said he didn’t think retaining wall would solve problem. After 2 more visits he said he thought the best way to solve problem was to install a French drain and put in a concrete patio. Benito did this while staying as close to my budget as materials would allow. I feel that Benito went above and beyond to solve my problem. French drain has helped tremendously and I no longer have a saturated area in my yard. I would recommend Benito as I think he is a very helpful, honest and genuine person."

"I couldn’t be happier with the work done by Gutierrez Lawn Maintenance. We recently had them tackle a major backyard overhaul that included a full drainage solution, fresh soil, and new sod. The results are incredible and it feels like a completely different yard! They offered a very fair price and the quality of the installation was top-notch. If you’re looking for a team that is professional and delivers exactly what they promise, I highly recommend them."

"Howell's Masonry repaired my sea wall and replaced rip rap along my shoreline. I am totally satisfied with the speed and excellence of the work, from the original price quote to the finished project."

"We've worked with a lot of contractors. Outdoor Artisan is the best we've ever worked with. First off, we interviewed many companies for this project. We were amazed at how many didn't show, promised quotes and didn't deliver, had no ideas and asked us to come up with a plan, or were completely overpriced for unimaginative or cookie cutter ideas. We wanted something that was unique, well made, and beautiful. From the outset, it was a pleasure to talk to the owner's wife, Tracey, who was kind, courteous, and responsive. Clive, the owner, came out and listened to our ideas and asked us some critical questions about how we wanted to use our patio. He was extremely thoughtful and didn't rush through the design process. The design he created was absolutely what we wanted and it wasn't "over the top" - or too much for the size and style of our home. They communicated with us every step of the way, from when they were going to first arrive, all the way through final punch list items. The workers were polite and clean. When they finished for the day, everything was washed down, swept up and put away. When we wanted to upgrade some pavers during installation, Clive and his right hand man, Jason, were very helpful with the selection and made adjustments to their orders and schedules to get it done. When they started to lay stone and the color/design didn't work, they didn't just keep going and complete it in a way that we didn't like. They stopped and told us that they didn't like it, we agreed, and changed the color and design. We are so used to contractors that do not do what they say they will do. It was so refreshing to deal with someone who actually cares about their commitments and reputation. Everyone who has seen our patio has been blown away. It is a work of art and a joy to just sit and look at. It has been two years since installation and we have had no problems. Gorgeous in every way. We are now moving. The patio was a huge selling point and allowed us to get a lot more money for our home than other comps in our neighborhood. We have already contacted Clive to have Outdoor Artisan do our patio at our new home. Thank you Outdoor Artisan!"

"It was a wonderful experience. The team was so nice and courteous. Charles is the gentleman that built my wall. He did a fabulous job and I just love looking out my window now. He choose one stone at a time and laid it, giving my wall great color all the way thru. I would contact this company again for any future work I may need. I will also request to have Charles on the job. The team cleaned up everything. I cant say enough about how wonderful the company was to work with and how happy I am."
