"Technician was very pleasant and seemed competent. He said I was expected to provide the materials. When I objected, he said this was to prevent any padding of materials by the contractor. I advised him that I did not have time to run down materials and would not know what to buy anyway. I said that the last technician from the company purchased the material he needed and I reimbursed him. He said he could do that. I warned him that any padding of material cost would result in a law suit and notification of the attorney general. Later that afternoon, a woman from the company called and said she didn't feel comfortable with threats to her technician. She was very defensive about it, and I cancelled the contract."

"I left a message and it was returned within 2 to 3 hours. She was very friendly provided all the information I needed. Informed me of the guys names who would be coming to my home to do the work. The day of my appointment I received a text message confirming the appointment. They arrived on time got to work immediately and was finished within 45 minutes. I loved my floors they looked awsome. I would recommend this company as they are very professional good value for your money and punctual."

"I contacted Hawk Tile after reading good reviews on Angie's List. I knew that I wanted a tile backsplash, but I didn't know much about what materials I needed or how much of them. Tena was very helpful in setting up a time to come do an estimate in person, and was able to give me some suggestions on tile selection, color, and material. The estimate was very reasonable, so I hired them! After I selected my tile, they picked up all of the necessary tile and other materials needed for the job, which was a huge help to me. Tony and his son arrived right on time and were very respectful of my home and my schedule. They made some suggestions for improvements, which turned out to be fantastic! The workmanship is outstanding, and they are very neat...cleaning up after themselves after each day's work. What I especially liked was that Tony and Tena did not hesitate to answer questions, provide suggestions, and give input based on their years of tile experience. But I always felt that they supported whatever my choices were. I also appreciate that their estimate was very detailed, so I always knew exactly what I was paying for and never felt like any of the charges were at all out of line. I would not hesitate to hire them again.
