"Efficient, kind, professional and knowledgeable. Had a clog in the main sewer line all the way out in the street. Within 20 minutes they located where the clog was, got to work and cleared it out. Very satisfied."

"I was so happy to have found Ralph on Angie's List. I called at 8:15 in the morning and he was here as promised at 11:30. He spent time with me analyzing the problems and explaining everything to me in great detail in a way I could understand. We were able to arrive at a plan to fix the immediate problems right away and then to address some other issues in subsequent visits. He, his assistant Paul, and another gentleman named Joe were absolutely wonderful. They THOROUGHLY snaked my drains and the sewer line better than anyone else every has. They were here for 2 hours instead of 30 minutes like other companies I had called in the past. They were polite, and professional at all times and did a great job cleaning up my bathroom when they were done. Ralph offered some great suggestions to solve some other problems I have without pressuring me. As a result I have already scheduled some more work. I only wish I had called him a year ago instead of wasting money on smaller, less experienced companies who never really solved the problem. I would without a doubt recommend him for any plumbing work you may need."

"He repaired washer and repaired my laundry sink drain also my dishwasher leak and blockage. Responsive, quick and fair price"

"I hired them for a furnace maintenance check for a great price. They changed my filter and disconnected my electric one informing me it was no longer in use. Added glue to pvc drain pipe that was loose, cleaned the flame sensor, measured voltage of circuits. Recently, as the weather got colder and the furnace started running I noticed a puddle coming from underneath it. I spent quite some time trying to diagnose it myself but couldn't figure it out. I explained to the company that I started having issues with the furnace after my last check. They sent Frank out to look at the issue. He was able to identify the issue pretty quickly and it was pretty simple. It was due to a loose drain pipe inside the unit. He simply reattached it. I was not charged as it was possible the pipe got loose (it was not well sealed) during the maintenance check. I was extremely grateful with the way Frank and Arctic Air Conditioning conducted business. I am wary of vendors who try to exploit you but I do not feel that way at all towards Arctic Air. I feel I can trust them with my business again in the future."
