Not only did they arrive on time and clean up after themselves, they took the time to go over the new water heater shut off valve and alarm. They helped me install the app on my phone. "Used them several times because the service has been great and posted a positive review but felt the need to add an update. I got a second quote for replacing old water valves with PSEG and the difference was in the thousands so ended up going with them. Despite telling AP I would go elsewhere, they kept calling me to pay for the estimate they gave me to complete the service and I got confused. A little turned off by that in addition to the price."

"Dr. Drip Plumbing team did an amazing job at my mom's house in nanuet where they were able to find a leak in the basement, which was a challenging overall job. They had to jackhammer the flooring in order to find a massive crack in a very old pipe and they were able to replace it while also fixing a leaking toilet. Very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them to anybody. Looking for a great experience for the plumber"
