"Crossroads poly lift crew drilled into my ductwork twice. I had to hire a third party to jack hammer my concrete to remove and replace the pipe. This cost twice as much as original work. I now have a third company putting in foundation piers. This third company has shown me voids where Crossroads failed to poly lift the foundation. Thus, they did not fulfill the work contract. I am considering legal action against Crossroads."

"I signed contract back in October of 2025. I put a down payment. I waited for a start date. I finally heard 12/30/2025. I did not travel to see family over the holidays then. Nobody showed. I sent a message and Brandon gave me a list of excuses. I was then told the first week of February and that came and went. I called and canceled. I got my money back. Then 3/24/2026 I get a text that my job is scheduled for 3/30/2026. I called and I was told it was a mistake and it is canceled. Today 3/26/2026 I go outside and there are flags and paint lines everywhere. I was not contacted and someone accessed my yard without permission. I called 811 and was informed that Groundworks put in the request the day before. I have a dog with a doggie door. My gate was left undone. All I got was another sorry, it was a mistake. Watch out using this company."

"What made their service so good was their professionalism; they didn't stop working until the job was done. No matter what little problems came up, they kept going. They are excellent, professional, and very pleasant."

"I accepted a quote from 3D in July 2022. After they received my 50% deposit for adding to my driveway the company never completed the work and never returned a call, and there were many calls. I texted the man who quoted me and he stated that he was "working on my refund". I asked him when and he said he didn't know. The next 2 texts he has not responded to. Fast forward to 2023, no refund and no return call or text. I have reported them to the Indiana Attorney General as well as the BBB. They are a horrible business at best, scammers at worst, either way stay away if you don't want to have your 50% deposit stolen."

"BUYER BEWARE a 1-star rating is too good. In short, this guy is a real piece of work. Don't be deceived by his quiet demeanor and his statement that he personally follows through with all his jobs from start to finish. Had a portion of my entrance and exit lane that needed to be fixed. His project quote $12,000.00. Gave Him 1/2 down of which I figured he spent $3,000.00 of it on the job and I'm being generous with that. With the 1/2 down deposit had a company come out and remove roughly 1,500 square feet of concrete he personally spent a half day saw cutting and then was history. Promise after promise unfulfilled no shows and lies the icing on the cake is when he came 3 hours late to pump water out of the hole, he created in a brand new bright green gym outfit with brand new white tennis shoes. I knew where my down payment money went. AFTER DOING SOME DEEPER DIGGING I FOUND HE DONE THIS SIMILIAR TYPE OF THING IN THE PAST. Wish I would have dug further before hiring this guy paid roughly $3,000.00 to learn this lesson. Needless to say, he never showed up to finish the job. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Anthony M"

"I called to see if I could get an estimate for a job, twice by voice mail with no call back. on my third attempt I finally talked to a person and set up an appointment for Thursday, the 23rd at 10am with a no show, no call to reschedule. So I called the second time later that Thursday and that same person tells me that her phone has been deleting appointments. So we schedule another appointment for Friday, the 24th at 12pm, again a no show or call. My work schedule had me working mid nights this week and I stayed up waiting for nobody to show. Most businesses I've dealt with had a calendar for appointments either hand written or on a computer print out. Not a happy customer, how can anyone recommend this company with poor customer service?"

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in New Paris, IN

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
