"Joshua Jackson of J & Junior Plumbing was truly very good: professional, transparent, communicative, responsive to texts and calls. Three men showed up and installed a tankless water heater in my old house. They took away the 30 gallon old heater. Joshua recommended a tankless heater that was more expensive than other heater units but explained that the one he uses does not require addition fittings (stainless steal exhaust vent--this one uses PVC pipe exhaust through existing hole in roof without special roof hood)."

"Micah with Pipe Runners Plumbing did an awesome job of replacing an old water heater for us. He was knowledgeable and recommended several ways for me to keep the water heater functioning well for a longer life of the unit. He was very polite and addressed some other questions that I had in regard to plumbing. He will be my go to plumber and I will refer him to my friends in the area. He did an excellent job of walking me through the process after hours last night when I realized my water heater was not functioning correctly. He scheduled the replacement in a timely manner as I didn't expect to be able to get it done so quickly. I would recommend Pipe Runners Plumbing Repair for all your plumbing needs."

"I specified that it was a tankless water heater, yet not surprisingly I was referred to a plumber who didn't know anything about tankless heaters, resulting in a waste of a couple of days. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
