Rob had to replace the pipe going from the house to our cesspool, and he told me that he would hand dig everything to be careful not to disturb the grass and plant life. While he was replacing the pipe, he discovered that the sprinkler line was precariously placed closed to the cover of the pool, so he changed the cover to ensure that there were no issues going forward. When he completed the job, there was no evidence of him digging up the lawn or plants - he meticulously put everything back exactly as he found it - demonstrating pride and care that you don't always see. "Really well. When I called for the appointment the woman who answered the phone was pleasant and helpful and got me an appointment the next day. One of the pipes installed during renovation less than a year ago was too short. Graham and Calvin repaired that and snaked out the pipes removing a clog from years ago in the older pipes. They left everything as clean as when they began. They were on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. They emailed me their pictures when they were on their way so that I would know who they were when they arrived. If I need help with a plumbing problem again, I will definitely call on them again."

"It went well! I expected it to take a long time to get it picked up, but I called for the bag to be emptied on Friday and they were here Saturday! I am already filling it up again. (We have a MESS from the storm and need to finish the kitchen before this weekend's company coming in from out of town.) "Pat and his crew are fantastic. Priced very fairly, and they stuck by their commitment to do what it took to get everything just the way we wanted. For example when a certain tiling scheme (of my wife's choosing) didn't really work out, they removed the tiling and redid it, no haggling over the added work. There were countless little examples of this commitment. they even stuck by us through a prolonged delay caused by a faulty/poorly constructed "high end" vanity that needed to be replaced. His crew even noticed and repaired a torn up and clogged up dryer vent that, as first time homeowners, we didn't even know we had to inspect. They fixed it up, and cleaned it out, free of charge. Honestly could very well have been a life saving catch- it was a total fire hazard that they noticed and repaired. Can't sing their praises enough. Workmanship is gorgeous, and the feedback and advice they offered through the process elevated the final job even further. In fact, one of our neighbors just hired them to do their 2 bathrooms, after meeting Pat and seeing the handiwork."
