As it turned out the newly designed Andersen windows I chose were faulty. The grills I ordered did not fit. AJ was tireless in getting Andersen to resolve the problem. It took a while but I had full confidence that he would get the job done. He did. And his crew was just wonderful in protecting the work space ahead of time, in leaving the interior of the house clean and in hanging new shades perfectly. I am a fussy homeowner. Quality counts with me. I have an eye for problems. A.J does too. And he asks about needed decisions ahead of time and lets his customers decide. A storm door blew off my house in a storm (!) and I like the the one AJ installed much more than the old one because he had the wit to ask me what I wanted. I've now a list of jobs needing attention.
