"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"

"I hired Thomas for a furnace tune up and to replace my filter because I couldn't figure out where it was in my unit. He showed up on time, didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing how to replace the filter, popped a new one in, tuned up and cleaned my unit and suggested some other routine maintenance that was overdue without pressuring me to do it now. Ultimately, I decided to have him clean my a/c coils while he was here since he had a little time before his next appointment. He showed up on time and called when he was on his way. I felt that his pricing was fair and he was knowledgeable. He was even really sweet to my dogs.
