"I asked for an estimate on spring replacement. But decided to go with the whole system replacement and roller replacement. The original rollers and system were from the original home builder in 1997. Isaiah called before he arrived and gave an estimated time of arrival. He arrived on time and was very courteous and professional the whole time. He provided several options. I went ahead and decided to replace the whole system and he was ready to install the system the same day. Isaiah was very customer service oriented and answered all questions as well as provided explanation and description of all options avaliable in the new system. He walked me through how everything and I was very comfortable with the knowledge he left me with operating the garage door and all the bells and whistles that came with the new system. If there are any friends and family that ask me about a garage door repair/install, I will definitely be referring Garage Door Doctor. Their office and field staff communicate very well and are very professional. We really appreciate everything this company has provided and will refer you all to anyone who asks."

"Installed garage door opener quickly, appointment setup for next day. Technicians explained the various opener options and capabilities, the service, and functions of the new opener after installation. Overall excellent service and will contact them again for garage door repairs."

"JD DOORS did a great job very professional people I would recommend them to anyone that needs a garage door repaired or replace."

"

They did an awesome job getting my garage door functional again. It was quick and professional. They appeared same day and I was very pleased with their work.

I asked how much they charge for two springs, additional tension wheel, plus labor - they said $300 dollars. Family Christian Doors charged me $500 for the same work. Be ware of Family Christian Doors inflated pricing.

I will always use Premier Entry Systems because of their fair price and professional work.

"Our old automatic garage door had finally gone kaput despite the many hours of applied DIY optimism and frustration, elbow grease, blood, sweat, and curse words. So I looked on line and found TJ's garage door service, and emailed them in the morning before 7am to get information and perhaps a quote for replacing our broken garage door, and to my surprise I was contacted less than 20 minutes after I sent the request by the owner of the business Timmothy Lewis. He scheduled a free visit, assessment and quote for that same day..and less than an hour after I first contacted him He showed up on time and promptly started the evaluation and quote. He was very informative about our current set up, explained the reason for our past problems we were having with our current door, communicated simply and thoroughly about what options were available to us and what service and materials his company could provide and the time frame in which it could be done. He also told us the parts of our system that were not broken and that could still be used in the new install...which I found refreshing compared to the toss it all for the new stuff mentality of many service businesses today. We excepted his quote and he set up the job for the very next day!..but they were actually able to work our job into the very same day as the quote!!! And the end result and overall experience with TJ'S Garage Door Service was nothing less than SUPERB... the owner, Timothy Lewis is a genuine professional and a TRUELY NICE PERSON, and we would recommend him and his talented employees for any garage door concerns..without hesitation."

"Expensive at $450 for French door installation. I had to hire another professional to find good"

"Customer service was exquisite! They were able to come out on the same day and reasonably priced. The technician was superb and very professional. He went above and beyond. Satisfied customer. I will return if I ever need my garage repaired again"

"I highly recommend Alex! He was very knowledgeable and professional. He will be who I call with any garage door needs."

"Mike came out to look at the house and shortly thereafter emailed us a quote.  When Jim and Dave started painting the exterior of the house we realized that we also needed the shutters to be painted and the front door to be refinished.  Erin worked with us to adjust the bid to include the shutters and refinish the front door.  Jim and Dave did a fantastic job and were able to accommodate us on our additional work the next day.  They are expert painters, cleaned up after themselves, and were very pleasant and courteous to us.  We will be using them again on future jobs and have already recommended them to family.
