"Excellent! I would re hire and certainly recommend Nick and crew. They cleaned up every day even when plastering. Even though it is the outside of your home, it was not new install so we used the back patio etc during the renovation. They left everything cleaned up and swept every night. 2018 was a very, very rainy summer and Nick kept us up to date with schedule etc. he is very professional and pleasant to work with.... We had a set budget and needed some guidance on tile selection, pattern ideas, etc. This is where Nick's experience comes in handy! He came out several times with samples, stood in the sun while we walked around and looked at options. He offered several cost options. We finally used his in-site and could not be happier with the outcome. He did not "up sell" in any but wanted us to be happy with outcome. Nick gave us a great suggestion for the driving ledge and steps that have created a really beautiful look to our pool. The pool is fantastic and we are looking forward to another great season this year."

Provided a recommendation for a replacement pool. Proceeded to remove the old pool and excavate the land in preparation for construction of the new pool. Once the new pool arrived, they constructed the pool and constructed new outline landscaping around the pool. "Rich White was excellent and we will definitely use him again when we need an electrical contractor. He left the room spotless, even though he had to put a hole in our ceiling to install a fan. No mess at all. The job was done well, the price was about right and he was very professional and the best part of all, was he used covers on his shoes to protect our white carpets, which is something I have never seen anyone else do in the past. "Called about leak Sunday morning. Plumber came out Monday, determined it needed replacement and notified Choice, who approved claim and permitted plumber to order new water heater. Thursday new water heater was installed. Was kept updated every day by both Choice and the plumber. Workers left my garage clean and I have hot water. Very satisfied and have recommended Choice Home Warranty on the Nextdoor app."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"This provided was a dream.  I knew nothing about the process, cost, options or anything.  He spent time with me and explained what needed to happen, all the different options I had and was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.  We decided on a price (with an Angie's List discount) and set a date.  A week before the date, he called and told me when the crew would be there and what would happen each day of the work.  It happened exactly as he said.  And the crew was a delightful group of hard working fellows.  They were courteous, knowledgeable, and as I mentioned, hard working.  
I almost wish I had more work for them as they were the best.  I can't recommend them enough.
