I explained the problem I've been experiencing with my sprinkler system and he gave me very good feedback. I've since learned that the problem I've been experiencing may have originated with my Municipal Water System and it may not actually be a sprinkler system issue. The water company will be coming out to repair a broken valve that may have occurred when the meter was replaced several weeks ago. Roy and I left the door open for future communication and I'm hoping that we will be able to work together in the near future."

"Job went great. Tommy is a real good guy - honest, knowledgeable, and professional. The scope of the job had changed from the time of the estimate to the actual start because I had some landscaping done. Tommy rolled with it, and even though it cost more than the original quote (which I fully anticipated, as I had added more grass), he did not hold my feet to the fire. He came up with a great solution, the upcharge was fair (honestly, less than I anticipated) and so far, the coverage has been great. Lawn is looking nice. <br> <br>Tommy is still supposed to come back to finish some heads (because I had to have a tree removed and some additional yard work done). Unfortunately the weather is not cooperating. I am sure he's catching up on days lost during the start of the season. But I fully anticipate the work being completed in the same manner as the rest of the job. Aside from having the capped lines above the ground, the only evidence that they did work in the yard is the greener lawn. "The work was done as neatly as possible, considering that a whole new sprinkler system was run through an existing yard. They did a great job, taking extra care around wiring and plants. There was one problem I found a week after testing everything with them. They came right out to check it out, and they're scheduling a time to fix it. "Did a great job.  We needed someone to come in and just mow the lawn once or twice until we replaced our broken mower.  It's often difficult to find someone willing to come out when you don't have a long-term contract. Coupes Cuts was willing to come out and mow the lawn while we got a new mower.  They did a great job. Would definitely recommend. <br />"
