"Scott and his son Paul are the best and we’re so happy we chose them. They did a major renovation for us last year and everything went amazing. We highly recommend Chatel Construction"

"Waxtel LLC did a major renovation on my co-op on Sutton Place South. The renovations included new bathrooms, new kitchen, painting, floor restoration and a host of other repairs and renovations. The Company is excellent and I would highly recommend them. Besides the excellent workmanship, the owner, Dave Waxtel, was extremely responsive to all issues. I have dealt with contractors many times, and I would say Waxtel is the best one I have ever used. Moreover, the price was reasonable and fair. You will not be disappointed if you hire them. If you would like to see the work performed, you can view it on Street Easy--45 Sutton Pl South, Apt. 15G. All pictures should be uploaded by 4/1/2022."

"Excellent service and responsive to client needs. We have used them for three separate major renovations over the years related to three different condominiums that we have owned in Manhattan."

"We hired CNM Construction to remodel one of our empty apartments. Matt, Jose and all the workers were very professional. The work they did was top notch and the apartment came out beautiful. CNM had a hard job because the previous tenant left the apartment in a horrible condition. The crew showed up everyday and worked hard to get the job done for the right price. I will definitely hire them again."

"Great quality work. This is second apt. he has worked on. The first apt. we added a bathroom and renovated the original bathroom. We were impressed with the quality and workmanship of his people. The second apt. the main bathroom was renovated, great workmanship with a different crew. This is the best contractor we have worked with in New York City."

"generally pleased with their work, Would recommend them"

"Very professional and knows his stuff. Probably more of a contractor than a handyman (thus contractor prices), but good help is hard to find. Will use him again for larger projects and will recommend"

"Alex was thorough. They were flexible due weather delays on the roof repairs."
