"I reached out to Chattel Construction when I was closing on my home. I was anxious to get work started (and completed) as soon as possible. Scott and Paul were great from the start. They were very open about ballpark prices, what was realistic, and what isn't worth spending money on. Doing a major renovation is daunting as a single woman with no construction experience. But with CCC, I was treated with nothing but respect from everyone involved. Scott quickly prepared a thorough quote and worked to make sure it covered everything I wanted. Their prices were as I expected and the only change orders I received were for extra work I requested. I had a reasonably large project in a 125 year old victorian home. CCC renovated the two upper floors by gutting two big bathrooms, changing the floor plan to move walls and doors, built out a big closet, installed, new radiators, replaced the stair treads, and brought the original floors back to life. CCC worked quickly and efficiently, did great work, and resolved every issue that came up. My top floor is "difficult" with varying gabled ceilings that impacted the bathroom and closet space. Scott helped me figure out how to harmonize and work with the angles while making the most of the space. Everything turned out beautiful and even better than I expected. I am so happy I found CCC! I've already begun planning the second phase of my renovation and wouldn't even consider reaching out to anyone else to do the work."

I think the fact that we have hired them time and time again for our renovation projects speaks for itself. They do excellent work, are up front about costs, and are quick to respond to any questions. They also seem to take pride in their work, as they well should. We have had so many compliments on the renovations to our home over the years. This time they redid our roof, completed some minor repairs to our rental unit (painting etc) and filled in the holes for two AC wall units that we had just replaced with mini splits. The worker that does their brick work is meticulous. He matched the brick pattern exactly. It is nearly impossible to tell that a huge hole was filled in. Work was completed within a week and the apartment and outdoor areas left clean. We would hire them again without hesitation."

"After a bad experience, I hired P.Bright to complete the job. Ezequiel and his team were extremely hardworking. I have hired many contractors over the years and this was a pleasant change. They worked on shutter and trim repair. Also insulating my walls, priming and painting. Lastly they replaced an exterior grille. The work looked very nice. - A proposal was provided at the beginning - They protected all the surfaces and cleaned up. I have cleaned up after multiple contractors and now will not hire anyone that does not leave the job as they found it - They provide enough staff to do the work properly (this is important as a lot of GCs will send too few or sometimes too many) - All the men worked very hard and when I would check in on them, they were always working. Very pleasant team with no attitude - During construction, one may discover additional repairs, they took this into their stride and were able to do it - Price was on par with others I have hired As a general rule, I find it helpful to discuss everything upfront and get things in writing before the work proceeds so there is less confusion."

I cannot say enough good things about owner Bill Ngucaj and his sons Anthony and Andy and their wonderful crew of hard working talented technicians. From the very first time I spoke with him to the very last day of my job he followed through with every single thing he said he would do and more! Every time I called him, emailed or texted him there was an immediate response. It is so refreshing and rare to find someone with these kind of work ethics in this day and age. I also found it fascinating to watch him and his crew at work. He is more committed to doing a job right than anyone I have ever seen. Just as importantly he is a good man and understood what I had gone through the previous 9 months chasing after irresponsible people while enduring flood after flood. He rebuild my porch and the ceiling of my terrace and installed TimberTech above and Ceramic tile below. I have never seen three individuals work harder over a 5-day period in tremendous heat. A few weeks after completion it finally rained a wind-blown torrential rain and not a single drop of water entered my home. No longer did I need to monitor the weather report every day fearing a heavy rain. If you are looking for the very best in contractors you need not search any further. I have continued using 3A Contracting, Corp for anything and everything I need done in my home from plumbing to electrical work, you name it he does it!
