It was hot and dry. We moved upstairs, we couldn't stay down there because it was 90 degrees and no humidity. But, we haven't had any problems with mold so it worked. They didn't have to do any construction, whereas, my girlfriend's sister had a flood in her apartment and she didn't do this, so they had to replace half the sheet-rock, when they could have just soaked it up like a sponge. It was covered by insurance and they gave us all the paperwork."
