"This is a family owned business. Both father (Chris) & son (Gus) showed up on time, were polite and professional. They reviewed the problem, (missing/damaged shower grout) and suggested alternatives. After a brief discussion as to how best to address they went about their business and completed the job in a minimal amount of time. Before they left they made sure that everything was cleaned up and appeared as if they were never there. Their charge was more then reasonable. I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done. He was very courteous, friendly and paid close attention to detail. Lorenzo protected the floors with mats to ensure that the cleaner and sealer would not drip onto the kitchen floor. After he was done, my counter tops looked the same as the day they were installed. He also answered any questions that I had regarding the continued maintenance for my granite counter tops. Lorenzo was professional at all times and I could tell by the way that he worked he is an experienced craftsman. I would definitely use Smart Tile for any granite/tile work that I may need in the future."
