"Service was great and very professional. Mr. Appliance was easy to work with. Not being able to fix the ice maker was not their fault. Would definitely recommend them if you need an appliance repaired. Our issue is with Bosch. Had refrigerator with ice maker a little over 3 years and ice maker tray cracked. Waited months for a replacement hoping Bosch would correct that issue of cracking. No, sent exact same piece. How long will this one last?"

"I've had Mr. Appliance out two times now for repairs - once for my washer 'n twice for my refrigerator. The first time with my refrigerator was to diagnose the problem w/my fridge,..the next time was to completely replace all parts to make it like brand new. Jeremiah, the first service technician, I told people, was one of the nicest men I've ever met. But when Daniel came out...well, he's one of the nices men I've ever met too. They both helped to calm my fears, because I wanted so much not to have to buy a new fridge. I love my old one that much. But they are both so knowledgeable 'n answered all of my questions 'n concerns. My fridge is now working like brand new...'n I couldn't be happier. They were both so respectful. "To be fair, the Appliance Installer guys did a great job on installing a new rigid duct for my dryer. However, I needed to have them come out a few more times to help fix the original problem which was that the dryer was not drying my clothes like it used to. They replaced at least one part that didn't actually need to be replaced and didn't fix the problem. In the end, I hired a Maytag certified repair person who finally properly diagnosed the drying problem and fixed it. It's just too bad that it took three different technicians and over $500 total to get the problem completely resolved."

"Went well and spigot is still working great approx a year later. I've hired him to snake drains at my rental properties. I'm reschedule to have him install hardware for my claw foot tub. I had to cancel prior appointment due to my busy schedule. But I will write another review when job is completed I don't remember cost of spigot but it was an Angie's Deal. His rates are in line with other plumbers; not the lowest but not the highest. Approx $85/ hr plus parts."

"Their prices were a bit high, but the work only needed to be done once, so it was ok. There were no problem. Whenever you called them, they called back the next day. There was a problem with the actual air unit; I called them and they came out in an hour. They came out, searching for a week or so, to find the problem and found that it was a problem with the actual unit. Even the owner came out to help. I would recommend them. They were very good. We are recommending them to my mother."
