"Impressed is an understatement! I called Apex when my mom's water heater went out and the company her home warranty sent couldn't repair the shut off valve. They came within 1.5 hours of me calling and were amazing. They repaired the shut off valve and took the time to explain everything. We were so impressed we had them install the new hot water tank instead of using the home warranty company. Charles was able to do everything the same day and worked around the water mitigation company. He was so professional and did a great job. "Our sump pump was not discharging water out to the curb. The night before, there was continuous rain for hours and led to the sump pump filling up. I called Drain Doctor of Cols, late the next morning, with the expectation of not being able to have a tech come out the same day. Tommy said he had a booked schedule, yet said we would be the last appt for the day. I explained the situation to him and he said no problem. Our sump pump was replaced and had couple of our lines cleaned out from the downspout to the curb. With this all said, Tommy was professional, honest with what needed to get done and was in contact several times to let us know his status. Also, the overall price was fair for the work/job performed; which Tommy explained the cost/pricing before doing any work.
