The crew arrived on time, the crew leader introduced me to the rest of the crew and explained how they would proceed with the project. They protected the work spaces with plastic from my garage to the crawl space opening in side my closet. They went to work and kept me informed about the progress. "Other companies will try to sell you $10,000 solutions to seal your crawlspace and install sump pumps and dehumidifiers. These guys don't give you a huge salespitch. But the owner came out and saw that we had an interior low point drain the trenching could be connected to. He's the only one that offered that solution, so I have to give him points for that. I worked up the courage to go down there and investigate a few months later, and the ground was very hard and dry, even where there used to be standing water. I did have to call them back to repair the foundation vent though, which they did promptly without a hassel."
