"Elliot and his crew showed up as scheduled. They had some difficulties with the old slab being so porous, but worked through the day to get it right. The color came out great, but the gloss layer did not last. After discussing this with Elliot, he stated it was most likely due to the very old and porous slab. Elliot and his crew came back to the house, re sanded the floor and put a thin top layer on the slab. He stained and sealed the floor with a high gloss finish. He did all this at no cost to me and the final product came out great."

Mr. Pair is an expert in his field and went to great lengths to ensure that no water or sewer lines would be in the area where the work needed to be done. I was really impressed with this company. Mr. Pair's 2 sons do alot of this work and are also very knowledgeable. My project was small compared to the huge foundation issues that they deal with, both residentially and commercially. "<p>I asked what restrictions we had on the concrete after staining and he said just wait 48 hrs before placing the furniture back on the deck. My daughters dog, a  golden retriever came for a visit 3 days after staining . After running across the deck there were scratches from his nails. I called David and was very upset about this. He said he would come and look at it and fix any problems. He was also supposed to give me a final invoice paid in full with the 3 yr warranty attached. I told him I did not get the invoice which he said he emailed and said he would email again. I still have not gotten the invoice 3 wks later. He has not shown up to address the problems and will not return my phone calls or emails. He did the work got his money and now can't be found. I wish I had gone with the cheaper guy. I would not recommend this company at all. He seems like a nice country, downhome guy but will shoot you a line of BS to get your business and then does not stand behind his work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!</p> <br />"
